We take complete care in handling clothes, however we are not responsible for any loss or damage (including, without limitation), any color loss, shrinkage or other damage, resulting from the following:

Failure to notify us of any special requirements or instructions for cleaning the garment

The fact that the Item has no label indicating cleaning instructions

Any existing damage to the Item at the time of collection

Any extraneous or hazardous thing left in or on the Item, e.g., pins, Jewellery, coins, pens, buttons or embellishments, etc.

Accessories attached to or contained within any item cleaned by the company. Accessories include but are not limited to belt buckles, buttons, and zips, painted logos/signs

Silk clothes prone to color loss

Caused by ink marks left behind by the poly-marking label system

Faulty adhesives which mark off on the garment during processing

Pickup and Delivery charges applicable.
